Asteras Resort Kardamena , Kardamena (Kos)

I had a lovely stay overall, with some memorable highlights. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The pool area is spacious and great for families, plus the hotel is close to the beach. However, the dining options could use some improvement in variety, and the entertainment mainly catered to Italian guests, which wasn’t ideal for everyone.

Our stay at this resort spa was quite the experience; the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. The location was convenient, with quick access to both the beach and the town center. However, the dining options left a bit to be desired, especially when it came to variety. The facilities, particularly the pool area, were well-maintained but could be improved upon for an even better experience.

This hotel has some ups and downs. On the one hand, the rooms were clean and had effective air conditioning, which was crucial in the summer heat. The staff made an effort to ensure a welcoming atmosphere, especially at the bar. However, there were notable issues with the food quality and some staff attitudes, as well as the recurring problem with the air conditioning not functioning properly in some rooms.

I had an incredible stay at the resort! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks to the amazing staff who made us feel like family. The food was delicious and plentiful, catering to all tastes, while the fun activities kept us entertained throughout our stay. On the downside, the shop on-site had limited hours and prices were on the higher side, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and I can't wait to come back!
